As the owner of Equality Education, I’ve had the privilege of seeing this transformation firsthand, and it’s nothing short of inspiring.
Recently, while out and about, I had the pleasure of bumping into several of our past students. The excitement and gratitude they expressed were truly heartwarming. Each one of them had a story to tell about how their lives had changed since completing their accredited training with us. They weren’t just happy to see me, they were eager to share how their new qualifications had opened doors to employment opportunities they never thought possible.
One student’s story particularly stood out. She had initially spent a significant amount of money on a barista course offered by a coffee roaster. Unfortunately, the course didn’t provide the comprehensive training she needed. She felt rushed and left without the skills required to succeed in the industry. Disappointed, she decided to enroll in our accredited Barista training program at Equality Education.
She shared with me how the difference was. Our course she said was thorough, well structured and gave her the in depth knowledge and practical skills that her previous training lacked. Most importantly, she didn’t feel rushed. She appreciated the time we took to ensure she understood every aspect of the training, which gave her the confidence to excel in her new role. Now she’s happily employed, doing what she loves, and attributes her success to the quality of training she received at Equality Education.
What touched me the most was her appreciation for the openness I bring to the classroom. I’ve always believed in being transparent with my students about my journey, where I started and how I got to where I am today.
