To complete the Certificate III in Hospitality the following local entry requirements apply to ensure applicants are able to fully engage in the course and have the required learning capacity to meeting the course requirements.
Students must:
- be aged 15 years or over.
- have the support of your supervisor or employer.
- able to commit to the course duration and time commitment.
- have suitable language, literacy, numeracy proficiency and digital literacy skills to read and comprehend learning materials.
- photo identification is required to be sighted prior to course commencement.
These entry requirements will be confirmed through information collected on the enrolment form.
To complete the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management the following local entry requirements apply to ensure applicants are able to fully engage in the course and have the required learning capacity to meeting the course requirements.
Students must:
- be aged 18 years or over.
- be an existing worker preferably in a supervisory role with a minimum of 3 years work experience.
- have the support of your supervisor or employer.
- hold a minimum of a Higher School Certificate (or equivalent).
- able to commit to the course duration and time commitment.
- have suitable language, literacy, numeracy proficiency and digital literacy skills to read and comprehend learning materials and perform tasks related to communicating effectively as a workplace leader, producing operational reports in support of coordinating business operations, and calculating and planning for resource allocation.
- photo identification is required to be sighted prior to course commencement.
These entry requirements will be confirmed through information collected on the enrolment form including confirmation from your workplace supervisor or employer.
The Certificate III in Hospitality will be delivered over 12 months broken into 4 terms allowing for breaks aligning with school holidays. The study schedule will be face to face, with virtual sessions and observations within a workplace.
The Certificate IV in Leadership and Management will be delivered over 12 months broken into 4 terms allowing for breaks aligning with school holidays. The study schedule will be face to face, with virtual sessions and observations within a workplace.
Depending on the course you enrol into we do have on offer SIT30622 Certificate III in Hospitality or BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
There is an option to be able to do these courses through virtual classes if you are not able to attend physically.
The SIT30622 Certificate III in Hospitality is $3000 and the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is $3500. If you are in financial difficulty please speak to our staff and we will always try to accommodate.

Once completing the Certificate III in Hospitality this will give you more confidence at your role and show the industry you are committed to completing and developing your skills, this could lead to team leader or supervisor positions and potentially enrolling into a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management course.
Once completing a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management this could lead to a Duty Managers position or a senior management position.
