No Babysitter? No Barrier to Learning

At Equality Education, we understand that balancing family responsibilities with study can be challenging. For many parents and carers, finding a reliable babysitter can be one of the biggest barriers to completing a course or gaining new skills.

That is why Equality Education has created a welcoming play area for children at our Townsville training facility.

When suitable for the course and training environment, parents and carers who cannot arrange childcare are welcome to bring their children with them. Our play area gives children a comfortable space while their parent or carer continues learning, building confidence and working towards their goals.

We believe parents should not have to put their future on hold simply because childcare is unavailable.

We Are a Family-Friendly Training Provider

Equality Education is proud to be a locally owned, family-friendly Registered Training Organisation. We understand that every student has different circumstances, responsibilities and challenges.

Rather than focusing on the reasons someone may not be able to participate, we work with them to find practical solutions that help make training possible.

Whether the challenge involves childcare, transport, confidence, learning support or returning to study after many years, our team is here to listen and help.

Turning Challenges Into Solutions

At Equality Education, we are all about solutions.

We believe that challenges should not automatically become barriers. With understanding, flexibility and the right support, people can continue developing their skills and creating better opportunities for themselves and their families.

Our approach is about more than completing a course or receiving a certificate. It is about helping people grow, become more confident and achieve genuine outcomes that can make a lasting difference in their lives.

Growing People and Achieving Success Together

Success looks different for every person. For one student, it may be completing their first course. For another, it may be returning to the workforce, starting a new career or showing their children that it is never too late to learn.

Whatever your goal may be, you do not have to face the journey alone.

At Equality Education, we believe that by working together, finding solutions and supporting one another, we can grow people, strengthen families and achieve success.

No babysitter does not have to mean no training. Bring the children, speak with our team and let us help you find a way forward.
