Equality education put together a calendar to help me through my certificate III in Hospitality and provided the necessary support to help me study given I have a mental disability. Have just had 3 staff complete their Certificate III in Hospitality with Equality Education after going through 3 different RTO's that fed answers and didn't contact my staff for months. Can't recommend Equality Education highly enough if you are wanting quality, structured training where the trainers actually show up when they say they will. These guys will definitely be my training provider of choice for my staff.

This Barista course is absolutely amazing. I was treated like an equal and they gave me really good support. Now I have really good confidence in myself that I can make a basic coffee.

I took this course for working as a Barista, that was amazing. I arrived in Australia a month ago so I was worried about my English, but I could learn on online first and it helped me. And 2days lesson for making coffees in person was really fun!

All round it has excellent resources that you can refer to at anytime, it is very supportive and staff are encouraging, frorndly and knowledgeable. Going from my previous training company Look Now Training to Equality Education was such a huge improvement. My previous training was difficult to understand, the trainer was hard to also understand and whenever I would try to contact the company they would take ages to get back to me. Equality Education has been so amazing and with their help I was able to finish my training, they went above and beyond to help me understand, gain confidence and experience with my training.
